Remember, it’s alright to not be good, it’s ok to not to be ok, and saying that you need something and admitting it is a sign of bravery and not weakness.

No Stopping Until The Battle Is Won!! Even For The Youngest Soldier

Blake Bonta, 11 years old, was diagnosed with Medulloblastoma in January of 2023. During Blake's cancer journey he completed all of his surgeries, radiation and chemotherapy treatments at Stead Family. Blake has been involved in fundraising for for pediatric brain tumor research since fall of 2023.  Blake and his parents joined us to share their story and what's encouraging him to help more kids like him.

March Madness has returned and so has Iowa State University Men's Basketball Assistant Coach, JR Blount.  The crew breaks down the regular season, the road to the Big 12 Conference Tournament Championship and what it will take reach that ultimate goal.  Of course the episode wouldn't be complete without JR and Marcus throwing insults and each other!!!

Blizzard 2024

With 16 inches of snow in three days, we got tired of being stuck in our homes so we decided that an impromptu live podcast would be a good idea.  We weren't the only ones as the place was filled with people and some of the eager to be on a pod.  Super Producer Jake's sister and brother- in-law was stuck in town and some bar patrons wanted to argue with MG about the Iowa Hawkeyes so we made it happen.  Happy New Year!!!
